Effluent Water Treatment Plant (ETP)
Our in-house Effluent Treatment Plant ensures that all wastewater from dyeing and processing is fully treated before discharge, in compliance with environmental safety regulations. This system significantly reduces water pollution, safeguards local ecosystems, and supports our goal of achieving Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD).
Harnessing Solar Energy
To reduce reliance on fossil fuels, we have made a strategic shift toward renewable energy. A significant portion of our operational power comes from solar energy, lowering our carbon footprint and enhancing energy efficiency across facilities.
Eco-Friendly Chemicals and Dyes
We only use AZO-free, environmentally safe chemicals and dyes sourced from INDITEX “THE LIST” Category A approved suppliers. This ensures full compliance with OEKO-TEX® and ZDHC standards, protecting consumers, workers, and the environment.
Waste Reduction & Recycling
Our specialized cutting systems maximize fabric utilization, minimizing wastage. Any leftover materials are repurposed or recycled, ensuring efficient use of resources and promoting a zero-waste approach to manufacturing.
Our Commitment
We continuously invest in technology, training, and innovation to expand our sustainable practices. For us, sustainability is not just a policy—it’s a promise to our clients, our community, and future generations.
