The facility consists of large variety of circular as well as flat knitting machines ranging from 14 gauges to 28 gauges.
Using the finest yarn, our knitting department is specialized in a wide variety of fabric production including, Jersey, Pique, Interlock, Rib, Waffle, Fleece, Flat Back Rib, Mini Waffle, French Terry, Jacquard in solid and dyed yarn, etc.
The Dyeing section is equipped with most modern High-Tech computerized machines for fabric dyeing and finishing, with help of technology and under supervision of well experienced professionals team, we have the command on behavior of the fabric.
We have shifted our dye stuff and chemical sourcing to world renowned retailer “INDITEX” approved “THE LIST” in category “A” supplier for strict compliance to RTM.
Our dyeing house facility is equipped with state-of-the-art in house Laboratory. The Data color machine helps us to derive more accurate and economical recipe. In house lab tests help us in our laboratory to maintain quality parameters.
Our dyeing production is 6 tons a day.
All dyed fabric is subject to fabric inspection to avoid rejection at later stage.
We have “Electric coagulation Plant” for our Dye house. This helps us to treat our wet processing effluent to WTO standard and is instrumental to shift our Dyeing process to ZERO discharge policy.
Printing is specialty of Khawaja Cotton Industries. The printing unit is equipped with automatic computerized wet on wet motif print machines. The team of professionals operating those machines got their training from European experts. Our production capacity in printing unit is 16000 pcs per day up to 6 colors designs. Besides motif print, we have facility for all over roll printing. As per our standard policy, we use AZO free and ECHO/ Environment friendly inks for printing job. We use world’s renowned “SERICOL” and “RUTLAND” inks for better quality and strength.
The Embroidery machines in well known brands “SWF N series” are available with us. These are 20 head machines capable to produce 6000-9000 pcs per day in single or multi color solid as well as appliqué embroidery design.
All embroidery panels are subject to quality audit to avoid rejection of garment at later stage.
Finished fabric of the highest quality is cut and graded in our modern cutting room equipped with straight knifes and band saws. A latest computerized pattern marker “GGT” with full sized plotter ensures minimum fabric wastage.

The group has more than 300 auto trimmer stitching machines in stitching facility. We have independent Q.C department comprising of well trained and professional team responsible for total quality control at every manufacturing stage of the garments. Each of the garments is subject to in line and final inspection and each of the consignment is subject to pre-shipment audit at AQL4 standard.
